Description: The painter depicted the collection of books on his bookshelf, as well as a half bottle of red wine and an empty wine glass just after drinking. A bunch of grapes and pink roses just cut from the garden give the old still life alive. What added into the painter's taste is he also described using a small thumbtack to nail the paper with his signature and time on the bookshelf as if you could travel across the time and space to have a close look at the books in the paintings, the words in the Bible and the blooming roses. The moment were fixed upon there in the spring of 1977.

Shipping in a tube is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) . Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send your new buying works directly to your framer for cautious, (professional unrolling of the artwork.)
